She is married to David, a software developer and is the proud mother of 5 children. Maria attended Florida State University and has a degree in Business Administration, and earned a Master in Health Services Administration from Florida International University. She has been in healthcare administration for over 18 years, including serving as Vice-President of the CyberKnife Centers of Miami and Palm Beach, and more recently at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Maria is a strong advocate of community and civic involvement and has served on numerous charitable Boards in South Florida. She brings to the Coconut Grove Park Homeowners Association the strong organizational and interpersonal skills needed to serve the needs of a diverse and multi-cultural community such as North Grove.

He is an attorney, specializing in real estate, mortgage law, association law, and creditor's rights. He has vast experience in negotiating with various governmental agencies. He is committed to monitoring the development plans of the Coconut Grove Metrorail station, and other projects that may impact our community.

Grace Carter,
Treasurer

Thomas Middle School and the last 18 years at Shenandoah Middle. She has accomplished many achievements in her role as educator including heading the Social Studies Department and Teacher of the Year in 1990-1991. Her community activities have been shared with many of her students, including beautification projects and beach clean ups, recycling materials, fundraising for the Ronald MacDonald House and visiting senior centers during the Holidays. Grace retired in 1999 and has been actively involved with CGPHA for many years.
